'Patent registrants and patent applicants' need to upload the 'patent application' data as NFT data to expose it to users.

BPT tokens are required to NFTize the data, and the required tokens can be purchased from BPT tokens distributed through exchanges, foundations, public relations marketing, etc.

NFTized data is uploaded to the BTP Platform, and BPT is also required when uploading.

BTP provides the BTP Platform that allows users to pay for reading, investing, and other actions for commercialization, prioritizes using BPT tokens for commercialization, and implements the commission business accordingly.

As a DB storage and security method, data viewed by consuming RP and BPT are stored in the user's DB and can only be viewed on the BTP platform for security reasons.
